Ordering and Payment Terms

You can place an order with VeryPDF via phone, email, or by submitting a purchase order.

If you require a pro-forma invoice before placing your order, please contact us at support@verypdf.com.

Payment Terms:

  • For systems hosted on VeryPDF servers: Payment is due within 30 days from the order date.
  • For systems hosted on your own servers: Payment must be made upfront.
  • Payments must be made via wire transfer directly to our bank.
  • Credit card payments are accepted but will incur a 5% surcharge.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that VeryPDF receives full payment. VeryPDF is not liable for withholding taxes. Any administrative costs incurred due to clients’ failure to comply with tax obligations will be charged at 10% of the invoice total, with a minimum fee of $500.
  • Additional onboarding costs requiring administrative work, such as filling out extra forms or setting up third-party payment systems (e.g., Ariba), will be charged at 10% of the invoice total, subject to a minimum fee of $500.
  • Invoice submission to payment portals and any extra processing required for payment will be charged at 10% of the invoice total, with a minimum fee of $500.
Cancellation of Orders

All orders are final and cannot be canceled once completed.

VeryPDF provides an unrestricted online trial version of our application, allowing prospective purchasers to fully evaluate its operational efficiency and security functionality before placing an order. As we offer this opportunity at no cost, it is the responsibility of the potential customer to ensure the software meets their requirements before purchase. We strongly encourage customers to utilize the free trial and test the software’s capabilities thoroughly, including compatibility with their existing systems and workflows.

Once an order has been processed and completed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to all software licenses, hosting services, and related purchases. Customers acknowledge that by placing an order, they have had sufficient opportunity to assess the product and confirm its suitability for their needs.

If customers encounter any issues during the evaluation phase, they are encouraged to contact VeryPDF Support for assistance and problem resolution before making a purchase decision. However, after the order is finalized, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be granted.

Hosted Server Response Times and Availability

If an Administration system is hosted by VeryPDF as part of our products or services, the hosting is subcontracted to a third-party provider (Amazon Web Services). VeryPDF does not directly provide hosting services and, therefore, cannot guarantee server uptime.

Various factors, including maintenance, equipment failure, server attacks, and network congestion, may impact server response times and availability. VeryPDF does not accept liability for any such failures.

For customers requiring a high-availability solution, we recommend licensing an ‘own server’ edition. This allows clients to install and manage their administration system within their own infrastructure, ensuring they meet their specific availability and performance requirements.
